About us
Nanjing Zuoyeal Technology manufactures and supplies optical cable and FTTx hardware. The plant is in Nanjing, products ship to more than 20 countries, and technical questions are handled by the engineering team.
What we make
The plant is built around cable production: loose-tube, figure-8, air-blown and drop cable lines, with a separate workshop for closure and terminal assembly.
Cable and its mating hardware are produced in the same plant, so selection, testing and shipment are handled on one order and one set of documents.
Manufacturing
Loose-tube cable lines
Stranding, flooding, taping and sheathing for duct, armoured and ribbon cable, with in-line diameter and sheath thickness measurement.
Figure-8 and air-blown lines
Two dedicated lines: one for self-supporting figure-8 cable with galvanised messenger, one for low-friction microduct cable.
Drop-cable line
Bow-type and round drop cable with FRP or steel strength members, cut to length and packed as subscriber kits.
Closure and terminal assembly
Tray stacks, grommets and hardware are kitted to the order; cable on the same order ships in the same packing.
Quality and testing
The quality system is certified to ISO 9001; attenuation is measured on every finished drum, and cable families are type-tested to IEC 60794-1-2 for temperature cycling, tensile, crush, impact and immersion.
Acceptance is based on attenuation change at 1550 nm against the pre-test value, plus a visual check for fibre break and sheath damage; the limits are stated in the datasheet.
Markets
Products are supplied to Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, with offices in China, Thailand and Vietnam handling regional support and destination-port documentation.
